Policy Statement

Massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies do not include diagnosis, prescription, or skeletal manipulation, nor do they replace medical care in fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic, psychotherapy, or acupuncture.
For safety, massage may not be appropriate in certain conditions (e.g., fever or infection). Jesse reserves the right to decline service if treatment could cause harm to the client or therapist.

New Client Intake & Liability Form

Please complete the Health Questionnaire and Liability Release before your first session. This helps Jesse tailor your experience to your individual needs.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions and add-ons (30–120 minutes) are by appointment only.
Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Confidentiality

All session discussions remain strictly confidential, except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., court subpoena). Jesse will never confirm or disclose client information without written consent.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms: cash, local checks, major credit cards, Venmo, and HSA cards.
While insurance is not billed directly, itemized receipts with treatment codes are available upon request.
Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated — tips may be added to card payments.

Client Comfort

Your comfort is always the priority. Pressure, temperature, music, and focus areas can be adjusted at any time.
You may remain clothed to your comfort level, refuse any technique, or stop the session at any point. The door is never locked.
Clients are modestly draped throughout; only the area being worked on is uncovered.  Massage is not provided to clients under 18 unless a parent or guardian is present.
